Brutal Score: A Single Dad/Nanny Hockey Romance (The Hawkeyes Hockey Series Book 3)

A single-dad, nanny, one-night-stand hockey romance — all the angst, all the grump, all the steam, and a guaranteed HEA. Book three of The Hawkeyes Hockey Series.

ISLA

It was supposed to be one night in Vegas with a total stranger. No names. No occupations. No consequences.

So how did I end up in Seattle two weeks later, standing on the front stoop of his mansion — as his new live-in nanny?

Here's the thing: I snuck out of that hotel room with his lucky charm in my pocket. Karma works fast, because my luck's been running on empty for a while now… and I'm going to need every bit of that charm's magic, because the ruggedly handsome stranger from that night is now scowling at me like I'm the other team.

I'd turn around and walk right back down that driveway — except I can't. I've drained my savings running from my ex-fiancé and his new girlfriend, and I need this job to buy myself a little more time.

Ten weeks. That's all Kaenan needs help for — one hockey season — and then I go home to Colorado and face the music.

Ten weeks under his roof. Ten weeks of that brutal scowl, and the kid who's quietly stealing my heart. Ten weeks of pretending I don't remember exactly how that night in Vegas felt.

What could possibly go wrong?
